  • Hello :) Looking for support, too. I'm pretty active on here. My diary is open (most of the food is in German though, sorry) and I'll reupload a profile pic later today, too. Oh and I'm 23 and a girl btw.
  • Respectfully, I don't think that's true for me. Firstly, did you even read what I said? I can't imagine what something tastes like , it doesn't matter how often I eat it. Having one bite doesn't mean I suddenly overcome my inability to imagine a taste. I can taste everything just fine while it's in my mouth, but as soon as…
  • I've not really lost that much (about 4 kilos since the start of the year and 3 since I started MFP) but so far 3 people randomly asked asked if I've lost weight and complimented me on the results. :)
  • Hello :) Please add me :) I try to like and comment on as many things as I can. However, please either have a viewable profile with at least some basic information or include a small message with the invite. Thanks.
  • Oven roasted chicken with a spinach-feta crust. (Fry the chicken in a pan for a bit, mix (creamed) spinach with a bit of feta cheese and spices, coat the chicken with a thick layer of the mixture and then roast it in the oven. It's not ideal for batch cooking though. Or you can stuff the chicken with a feta-spinach…
  • Use cream cheese! I like to cook a few pieces of sweet potato and other vegetables (like cauliflower, carrots, broccoli) in water until they are soft and then I just mash it with cream cheese. It's delicious. You can add some herbs/spices as well (or even use cream cheese that has already got herbs in it). (Ratio about 8:1…
  • I'm 5'2" too (if that's 158 cm, I never know
  • Tried something new today: A Poached egg, cottage cheese, green bell pepper, mixed sprouts, cherry tomatoes and some spices. Loved it :)
  • Hey Steve! Whenever my plate's not finished, I find it really hard to stop eating too, even when I'm full (usually because I feel bad about throwing too much food away). In order to avoid having this problem I try to only prepare exactly as much food as I need. Of course, this can be difficult, especially when eating out.…
  • I'm only three days in to my journey, but I'm looking for some friends for motivation and to make sure that we achieve our goals together . Feel free to add me if you are (or are planning to be) an active member of MFP. Lilly
  • Thank you so much! I can't wait to check out all the places you recommended.
  • Hi  First of all, I'm not from Texas and I've never been there. However this summer I finally get to visit San Antonio, Austin and Dallas (can't wait  ). Have you got any suggestions of what I should do/see while I'm there? (I hope it's okay that I've posted this in here). Thanks, Lily
  • Hi, I'm Lily. (Everyone) feel free to add me too  .
