Don't lose hope, just figure out where to re start! Sure losing is easier for some than others, but we can all do it! Make sure you get enough good calories, ie no snack food. To little is really as bad as to many! If you work out you need more calories than if you did not work out, its a balance. We all hit a plateau but…
