You can still have chocolate as long as you fit it into your calorie allowance. Sugar free fudge pops are only 40 calories. However, if chocolate is a trigger food for you and you can't stop once you start, avoid it. Cravings will pass.

I had a healthy breakfast today ( I usually skip) of oatmeal with flax and chia seeds and dried apricots and I actually thought while I was eating it "this is delicious!" Then while I was doing my yoga workout I was finally able to do a right angle pose with grip. First time I could get my hands to meet.

I am on day 120ish of p90x. I started with p90x lean and lost 25 lbs. I am doing classic now and just finished my 4th week. You can do it! I started at 210 5'4" female. It is really hard.
