This has been such an inspiration to read. I am starting where you started. We have a lot of the same feelings. I am not great at the exercise part. I use my fitbit to encourage me to move more. I have gotten hung up on the type of food. I like the idea of embracing eating what I want but in more portion controlled portions

I am 40 almost 41. I am 57 and around 243 pounds. I would like to lose about 70-80 pounds. I am looking for a group a friend's. I usually, but not the exercise. I am a middle school teacher on summer vacation.

I only started the challenge June 22. Daily goals 10000 June 22 8043.

Can I join this challenge? During the school year I usually get 10000 plus, but it is much less in the summer. I need to shoot for 10000, but I would like to work up to 15000.

I would like to join, also. I am at 241 pounds and would love to lose about 90 pounds total.A goal of 60 by January 1st would help me be well on to way to lose 90 pounds. I haven't done MyFitnessPal in a long time. I am just restarting. How does a challenge like this work?
