I eat them for lunch and dinner every day. I boil them to reduce sugar content compared to baking them. On average I consume 10-11 oz a day. Lost 30 lbs so they don’t bother me

:| Realized this is impossible for now. Instead of eating junk I had some cheddar cheese and ham which satiated me. JFT: 1. Prelog all food. 2. Go for a walk. 3. Work out at gym. 4. Drink a gallon of water so breastfeeding not impacted. 5. No eating junk late. 6. Read my devotional and do gratitude list. 7. Cook more food.

Try to use the creamer you love, just slightly less. I also try one tbsp of half and half and one of the flavored which has more sugar. It still tastes amazing and better macros. Coffee is my daily morning treat and it has sustained me so I don't feel deprived. This is for the long run so keep the creamer. Stay sane for…

I'm 11 weeks preggo. I'm food tracking this pregnancy because I want to see how much food it takes to feel satiated. Can't wait to see the 3rd trimester woo wee!! Lol I gained 34 with my last pregnancy but was already 20 lbs overweight. Haven't discussed a weight gain range with my doc yet but he's old school and will…

Me, me!!! I'm 11 weeks. I'll add you as a friend. I still measure food and weigh in once a week. With my first baby I ate everything under the sun but this time I want more balance and healthy weight gain.

I'm looking into a vegan lifestyle too. Thank you for posting this OP and I hope you are able to connect with folks who may be on the same path as you.

I found this site helpful to calculate calories needed based on activity http://www.iifym.com/iifym-calculator/

I think I've posted this so many times but it's just because it's helped me so much. L-glutamine! It's amino acids and helps relieves soreness very very well. I use GNC's L-glutamine 1500 unflavored powder. I take a dose right after working out and another dose an hour later. The next morning I am always glad I did. And…

YUP! And that's why I came here. Everyone's not going to share my passion so I try not to take it personally. Some don't want to hear it because of jealousy or they're just tired of hearing about it. I would feel the same if they constantly talk about their kids, or work, or spouse or their new house. So keep moving and…

I've been crossfitting for 6 years and I don't think I would've ever seen this level of muscle strength and agility without it. When I'm complimented for my figure and I say I Crossfit I get the look of disapproval even though I just got complimented. The hate/jealousy/cynicism is just unnecessary. I joined because I…

Amino acids! Best thing ever for soreness. GNC makes L-glutamine 1500 and 5000. I use the 1500 unflavored powder. Usually I mix it in 8 oz. water right after my workout and then another dose 1 hr later. I've also added it to my protein powder. The next day I wake up I experience little to no soreness. You can get it…

I'm still nursing my little one but that early on it helps to bake a huge pan of protein...usually chicken and have it around. I would eat chicken legs late at night and not feel bad at all. Avocados worked well too especially on toast. I ate light string cheese with nitrite and nitrate-free turkey breast and ham. My fav…

Same here! I decrease carbs and add more protein without upping the calorie intake more than 150 cals . If I'm starving after I eat avocado, eggs, egg whites, unflavored whey protein (in water), or a combo of these. Carbs are the worst.

Yes, the calories burned vary so much in CF. I do what was mentioned above with a heartrate monitor. I have the Fitbit Charge HR. When the class starts I press and hold the button on my Fitbit and then press it again when class is over. It will show a summary of your workout and add an entry in the Fitbit app on your phone…
