If you sync them the calories will show under exercise in MFP so you don't have to do anything extra. Thanks for responding. I tried this and anything I log under the cardio category removes my Fitbit entry on the next sync. It's like one or the other. So frustrating.

Can you try group fitness with weight or resistance training? There are tons out there like spinning, Crossfit, etc. Doing something different could also shake your body up a little plus you'll be instantly introduced to new people.

Bad knee here - had 2 surgeries already. I would do physical therapy. I had to strengthen the areas around my knee, ice it, etc. Lots of targeted exercises but they worked. In the meantime try to focus on diet. Losing a few pounds helps the pressure on the knee exponentially. Good luck!

Sorry to hear about your ankle. Sprains are worse than broken bones sometimes! You can do all things for abs like crunches (you may have to elevate both legs on a chair so your ankle doesn't move at all. Do you have resistance bands? They're great and cheap. You can get all sorts of exercises off YouTube for them.…

Same here. I swear I have to have something even when I'm not hungry. I try chewing xylitol gum and drinking water. I drink so it forces me to get up and go to the bathroom/get some steps in. I've had 2. One without heart rate and then the latest one, Charge, which has heart rate. I love the HR...had no idea how hard I was or wasn't pushing myself without it.
