I have also lost 33lbs and my belly is the last area to lose fat etc. I do cardio and weights. Hopefully persistence will pay off.

Currently 1260. Just adjusted from 1430. 5'5" and down to 70kgs/154lbs (lost 33lbs/15kgs).

I used to have brown sugar and cornflakes in mine. Omg yum. I cannot portion control this atm so I stopped my consumption for a short while...miss my oatmeal..

I have a $35 Diggro fitness tracker and whilst it's basic, it does what I want. I wasn't sure if I could even bother with one but I know now that I will grt one with a HR monitor next time. IMO go with your instinct. :)

My nocturnal pee habits stem from medication (i.e Lithium). My last fluids are @7pm but makes little difference.

Ok, so I did 3 T25 workouts this morning; Speed 2.0, Upper Focus & Core Speed. Think I am addicted!! I did 3 different T25 workouts yesterday...... including a Gamma round. :o :o So far I have lost 33lbs/15kgs. Using MFP and doing T25 (i am on week 7) I have lost 33lbs/15kgs. But I do 2 T25 workouts 6 days per week. You get out what you put in. B)

Hi ya, I am just still 40 (41 on the 29th), and have finally lost 33lbs/15kgs and need to stay motivated. Plus fighting medication (stimulants) hunger is almost impossible. You can do this!!

Awesome on the changes! I do squats but my knees hate them, no matter my stance/adjustments etc. I love them though.
