I did 2 workouts a day. 1 following the plan and then a random workout of choice. I loved it.

Minted potato salad.. I don't have potatoes (like I used to) due to dense calories so this is my treat to me.

I was one of those "shocked/appalled" people who weighed food after eyeballing amounts for the first few months when I started. Sometimes I wanna cry coz the food amount is so much smaller than my beautiful brain expects/wants. *sigh* :#

I am following MFP and haven't thought outside the square, so to speak. Might have to readjust what I need for my goals.

Before, during and after..... Definitely going to do this, get them into my 1200 limit, as I really miss those foods.

Cravings are hard for me. 2 days straight of 'graze eating' my cravings left me feeling disheartened. Last night I craved Maltesers but finally didn't give in...took over an hour to fight it off...*sigh*.

Reaching my goal of 143lbs/65kgs. Currently 154lbs/70kgs. So close but so far!! I want lose fitting jeans..lol never had them.

Stop drinking @ 7pm. Stop eating around 7:30pm and sleep about 9pm. Tonight I have had a snack @ 8pm.

I weigh all of my food whilst I am trying to lose weight. (I didn't weigh for the first 2 months but still lost weight). Before scales, my eyeballing/guesstimates were waaaay off! Do it only if it suits you and your needs.

I have a banana everyday, sometimes 2! I fit them in my calorie limit though. I love banana's so much! Love. Them. Yum!!
