I use this recipe from Pioneer Woman. It's awesome.

1⁄2 teaspoon salt

The tentative menu tonight is garlic shrimp with sautéed zoodles and grape tomatoes. But when I get home, it may actually turn out to be grilled cheese and soup depending on my energy level.0

I am going to make "eggless" salad wraps (tofu and vegetables on a tortilla).0

taco (or tostada) tuesday. boneless/skinless chicken thighs cooked all day in slow cooker with rotel. later i'll put it on top of two tostada shells with refried beans, lettuce, black olives, and cheese. yum.3

My daughter wanted a potato tott casserole. I subsituted shredded zucchini for the potato totts and topped with fresh parmesan.0 -
Tonight, tikka masala with chicken thighs, spinach, and peas + some basmati rice0

Got me a pot roast with carrots, onions and potatoes going in the slow cooker as I type. Can't wait!0

Wholegrain basmati and wild rice with sautéed, homegrown, curried veg with a side of steamed broccoli and runner beans!0

same as always. Grilled Chicken..plain not sauces, baked potato plain, no butter/sourcream/cheese/ steamed broccoli, plain with a little salt/pepper. and I think i'll wash it down with a Sam Adams Octoberfest...or two..depending on my calories0

My husband and I are going to a bar to watch football tonight -- I am going to have a portobello mushroom sandwich, french fries, and a beer.2

I just had a boring salad,
30g spinach
5 cherry tomatoes
30g cucumber
1 sun dried tomatoe
1 tbsp can corn
1 tbsp pomegranate
10g Rocco leaves
1 tsp chia seeds
1 tsp flexseeds
1 tsp virgin olive oil cold pressed
1 tsp balsamic vinegar
But I'm making honey chicken wings for my brother . Not going to taste it
I feel so satisfied just cooking it n smelling the aroma
