    I use this recipe from Pioneer Woman. It's awesome.

    1⁄2 cup Dijon mustard (I used grainy mustard)
    1⁄2 cup honey
    1⁄2 lemon, juice of
    1⁄2 teaspoon paprika
    1⁄2 teaspoon salt
    crushed red pepper flakes (optional To Taste)

    The tentative menu tonight is garlic shrimp with sautéed zoodles and grape tomatoes. But when I get home, it may actually turn out to be grilled cheese and soup depending on my energy level.

    taco (or tostada) tuesday. boneless/skinless chicken thighs cooked all day in slow cooker with rotel. later i'll put it on top of two tostada shells with refried beans, lettuce, black olives, and cheese. yum.

    same as always. Grilled Chicken..plain not sauces, baked potato plain, no butter/sourcream/cheese/ steamed broccoli, plain with a little salt/pepper. and I think i'll wash it down with a Sam Adams Octoberfest...or two..depending on my calories :D

    I just had a boring salad,
    30g spinach
    5 cherry tomatoes
    30g cucumber
    1 sun dried tomatoe
    1 tbsp can corn
    1 tbsp pomegranate
    10g Rocco leaves
    1 tsp chia seeds
    1 tsp flexseeds
    1 tsp virgin olive oil cold pressed
    1 tsp balsamic vinegar

    But I'm making honey chicken wings for my brother . Not going to taste it

    I feel so satisfied just cooking it n smelling the aroma
