Yes. 15kgs/33lbs, so far. (Only difference is I do 2 T25 workouts per day). That's over a 3 month period

Move on and try to learn from this. We all (99% of us) screw up at some point. Don't beat yourself up too hard. You can do this!!

Weekly is fine IMO.I measure myself every one - two weeks, just for reinforcement that I am doing ok. Can definitely tell from my loose clothes though that I am doing it right. Although I forget to measure my waist everytime..lol

I used to believe MFP till i got a fitness tracker. Cals burned out by at least 200...such a shame lol coz i love those big numbers.

It only helped by cutting down my calories (and I was eating 4 slices of toast at breakfast, just for starters!!). I miss bread..... :(

I weigh without the skin now. When I first started tracking, I weighed skin and all!

I gave it up not only for myself physically but also mentally. Doesn't bode well with my Bipolar meds or moods. I do miss it though. :(

I need a rest day! Stat!! LOL Wk 1 and I struggled through both Beta's Core Cardio + Upper Focus. :p Keep up the work everyone, it's not always easy! But so worth it.

Today's T25 workout consisted of (wk 5) Alpha Cardio followed by Gamma Speed 3.0. Love me some Gamma action!!

Thank you! I am on Wk5 of Alpha. It's getting "easier" but I still haven't "nailed" any! Beta next week. Yay. My hubby ordered Gamma for me so can't wait to add that in as my 2nd daily. So far I have lost over 10kgs/22lbs in 3 months (now weigh 164.lbs). MFP has been a big help in staying strong mentally and accountable.…

I also did Total Body Circuit today (Wednesday Wk 5) as well as Speed 2.0 (beta). I always do 2 workouts daily, Mon-Fri. I think I am crazy!!! but I love T25

Working your way back into your workouts slowly is the best way to go I have found. I am still getting over being unwell so feel your frustration (s). Sorry to hear you have been unwell, it sucks!

No, never in the short time I have been logging. I stopped lying to myself, guess that's why I haven't :) I think you wouldn't be the only one who has ever lied to their diary. Try to work out why you feel the need to do it and go from there.

For me, it's having my metabolism slowed by medication plus taking medication that is an appetite stimulant and not giving up when I see no change/positive results. It would be easier to give up than push myself forward! *sigh*

I actually like them but they have to be with a sauce etc. The smell is almost off putting but I got past that. I rinse mine (lots), then sit them in boiling water to warm up. I like how they don't feel heavy in my stomach like wheat pasta does.
