So today I was down 2.2 pounds and then messed up with a candy bar. Ugh. So and egg and an apple earlier and this was dinner.

My doctor recommended same diet. I am starting with an anti inflammatory diet first and should easily be able to transition to that.

This was my dinner tonight. Following an anti inflammatory diet and I made my own sweet mustard dressing with red wine vinegar and it was delicious!!
