I actually had a thick slice of sour dough bread toasted with 2 tablespoons of ricotta cheese spread on it, layered with 1/2 avocado sliced. Topped with thinly sliced scallions, salt and pepper with fresh lemon squeezed over it. Wonderful !!!!

I am in day 10 and cannot believe how this app has opened my eyes to what I eat. I log every meal and have made changes with the same foods so that they are healthier and stay in line with calories.
