What he said. We learned about it in biology in high school. It was always I weird to me that someone thought of it. Like hey lets burn some food and see if it can affect out weigh loss or gain. Lol.

Thanks my spell check hates me! ❤️

Also to add I eat more fat soley because it keeps me full. You can be in your calories in vs calories out goal while still increasing your fat.

I eat more than recommended. Fat keeps me fuller than carbs do maybe try adding some fat to your meals so see if you stay fuller. Nuts are a great source or try cooking your eggs in some coconut oil or EVOO. Also I like full fat cheese and it keeps me full.

I try to stay at my "lose 1.5 pounds a week" setting during week days and then do maintance calories on weekends. I averages out for me at about 1 pound a week loss calorie wise. Also start your day off with some exercise and you will feel better and not want o blow your calories burned so you might want to eat better. I…

I have RAD syndrome that affects my lungs. If you have access to a computer or tv with Internet try you tubing "Leslie sansone 2 mile" it's a 33 minute video I have found very good to get my heart rate up at home with not a lot of heavy breathing (increased lung problems) try it without weighs the first time and then maybe…

That's called intermediate fasting. A lot of people on here follow it.

I'm with depends on the amount club. I count it for salads but if I go to ChickFilA I get a chicken sandwich and add lettuce and don't count it. I eat maybe 10 calories of uncounted lettuce a week. I didn't gain my wieght eating a price of lettuce!

I use my net average for the week.
-
That's why I changed my day to Friday so if I do bad I can gradually make up for it throughout the week and I will know if I need to exercise more than usual I can. I just don't know if eating back all my exercise calories are the same as losing those calories through exercise.

My mind is my biggest obstacle. Oh one taste won't hurt. You don't need to track that bite. It just a few samples. The whole damn box of cookies will be worth it (I would be fine with one cookie and not end up with a sick stomach but my mind doesn't tell me that)

I am a horrible estimator. I have to weigh my food if not my cup of rice could easily be 3 cups lmao.
-
What in the hell did I just ramble about! Haha.
-
Before bed I fill in the night before. It helps me stay on track.

It was deep fried in like a half gallon of oil lol

If it is just for at home or in the car I suggest a YETI 30oz. I take mine everywhere. I have a smoothie straw in mine and my ice still last 24 hours. I love it.

I've have been tracking about 1/2 my exercise as far as time wise. If I swim 120 minutes I have been tracking 60 so I am hoping that helps.

I took them. Ended up having a seizure in the shower and having my chest pounded on for an hour while being driven to the hospital by ambulance naked. So I'm going to go with no. The doctors that I met with afterwards all agreed that stuff is horrible for you.

I log everyday as well and have an open diary. You can see the good the bad and the ugly!

I plan on working out in the mornings to have a calorie deficit but also I like to stick with EVENT food. If your having bbq and the menu is grilled ribs and burgers potato salad regular salad and baked beans and you know you eat homemade burgers and baked beans and salad regularly at home then have the ribs and potato…

Protein shakes don't make you lose weight. It's all about calories and getting proper nutrition. Maybe replace a high calorie meal with a shake. But it's not about one shake it's about an overall calorie intake.

I'm a US size 12 or 14 (mostly 12) and I am 5'4" 216

I eat them regularly. I try not to think of food as bad although I get where you are coming from as its fried and obviously not as nutrient dense as say the same amount of calories from a salad but I think it's fine in moderation. I know I eat pizza all the time while others consider it a cheat meal. I think if it fits in…

Why not set your standard for losing two pounds a week 6 days a week and maintain on the 7th day. It helps me stay sane
