Atkins does this and they do it on all there prepackaged products as well. I don't and know many people who don't but the ones that do I'm pretty sure believe it doesn't stay in your system long enough to effect sugar levels?? I don't because personal preference. Also it would be very easy for me to say way to many Adkins…

That awesome. I am at about 50 total and it's great. Anything under I get weird about dressings and cheese and every little thing but above I have to much wiggle room. It's a great feeling.

Love all the comments and advice. I'm on day 4 and feeling great. I peaked at the scale and am down .8 but my official weigh in is tomorrow and hoping for a 1 pound loss.

I heard if I give myself a month I will be fine. I don't eat sweets anymore so after a month when I try it it will taste totally different and to sweet. Hmm

I thought about only having water at home to try to wing myself. Don't buy it and I won't drink it kind of thing. I have two small children and going to the store for a soda won't happen. Maybe have it as a treat when we eat out (which is like 3 times a week

Any advice? Do you worry about carb creep? How have your loses been compared to when you were counting?

Do you track everything and not worry about calories or just mentally count carbs?

I sometimes take a precook ex sausage patty (they come frozen and look like McDonald's) and heat it in the microwave they take 40 seconds from frozen and add a slice of cheese on it. Zero carb and 20g fat keeps me full.

Also to add I don't plan on switching it to regular soda lol just wondering if it's that bad that I'm not even conserned with cutting my diet soda. I've cut everything else "unhealthy" out of my diet and I am just hoping to keep diet soda without any affect to my LCHF lifestyle.

I made a lettuce wrap today for lunch. Lettuce, tomato, Colby cheese, turkey, ham, pre cooked bacon, mayo, salt and pepper. My favorites are: breakfast for lunch. Usually 4 eggs, 2 slices American, bacon and reduced sugar ketchup. Leftovers. Salads with leftover meat from the night before.

Also pre cooked bacon. I eat it all the time it comes non refrigerated. Just out in a ziploc and get a few slices out when needed. Perfect and a lot cheaper than most dry meats.

Boil some eggs (or buy them in the deli section preboiled) and they hold up really well in a ziploc in a cooler and are awesome. I'm right there with you. 8 pounds to Onederland and I decided this week to stop counting calories and listening to my body while doing KETO. I might cry if I gain this week.

I do 10% carbs, 70% fat and 20% protein. It keeps me full.

Honestly I don't even know if I've ever been in Keto. I don't test or anything I'm think I might have as my net carbs are usually under 20. I count total. If not it would be easy for me to load up on stuff like Atkins bars and stuff. I try to stay under 30 total a day. ❤️❤️

Thank you guys! Love the support. I will try to have tougher skin. I have felt great today and barely hungry compared to my high carb lifestyle before and it is so encouraging to know there are people backing me and wanting me to feel as good as I can.

So if I unitentionally put myself in Keto and then get out of it by eating 50-60 carbs on a heavy day will it affect me even though it isn't a big deal for me but isn't jumping in and out a big deal weight loss wise.

I have to remember to have thicker skin. I have already been questioning myself because it's new and it does feel like cheating eating more fat and people are so judgy if they took the time to write me they couldn't at least gave advice after they told me it was all wrong.

Thanks love. I always worried about the whole Keto food thing as I'm more of a plain eater. If much rather swallow a tablespoon of coconut oil if it means not having to spend time making fat bombs in which I'd probably mess up anyways!

Do you think it includes the dressings? In the menu and online it list the dressing with it so I'm not sure why it would be separate.
