Carb cycling?

From what I understand it is eating lower carbs somedays and having higher carb days as well. I was wondering if anyone has any success with this. I'm not talking crazy numbers just under 50 total carbs during the week and maybe under 75 during the weekend??

Honestly, the numbers you are talking will likely never dip you into full on ketosis anyway, so going from 50 to 75 for a couple of days per week isn't going to cause you any issues, assuming those extra 100 kcal are accounted for and subtracted from another macro.

Thank you. I'm not interested in Keto right now as its only day 2 of LCHF and in still trying to get used to this new way of life. When doing CiCo I used to up my calories by 300-400 during the weekend to help account for all the eating out we do and give me a little more wiggle room. I just didn't know if I would still be eating LCHF going for 50 calories to 75 when sticking to better carbs. I'm trying to get my carbs from real food and veggies but some times we eat and diners and the best option I see is getting salads with full fat dressings but some dressings have more carbs and I want to account for that kind of thing if that makes sense.

I usually aim for about 50 carbs daily, and allow 1 or 2 days a week for around 100 carbs. This has been very successful for me long term and very sustainable.
