Used to train fasted, I have found since switching to evening training I'm stronger. But as for pre workout meal, depends on what I've had for lunch. Which can be any thing, only just started a new strength program so it'll be interesting to see what my results are after a few weeks.

My grip strength has increased from deadlifting, but I'm assuming you lifting 300+ you're already doing that. Unless you're OHP 300+ you beast! :smile:
