Started doing squats and lunges before bed the last 3 weeks and have noticed my legs are slimming and looking more muscular, especially my quads just above the knee.

Weight lifting focusing on my arms has reduced the fat. My biceps and triceps are looking much much better. Co-workers have commented on my arms looking for "cut". LOL

27:12 is my best 5K. My goal is to be under 24 minutes.
