Been doing keto for a year and a half. I feel you do reach a point where you for sure need to keep track of your calories. I bounce within 7 lbs up and down. I'm at 150 and my personal go is 140. So im back counting my calories and trying to b under 20 net carbs a day.

6 wow. I only have 1 and wprk full time. I seem to have trouble finding time. I try to get my son to walk w me. I have a pedometer. My goal is to reach 10,000 steps. However half the time, i just want to veg out.
