  • I have a 26 year old adult disabled daughter who I have to help do everything for so I get a lot of lifting throughout the day. I also do planks, squats, and kettle bell swings a couple of times per day. I try to get out and walk when I have some help. Walking not so much for exercise but for solitude and some alone time.
