  • Yes x3 Went on a walk with my co-teacher and we finished the walk at school so we could put together 60 boxes of materials for students. 12k steps and lots of lifting and moving of items.

  • Yes x 3 though barely Walked just 40 minutes today and no bodyweight exercises because we weren't able to leave for a walk until after 7 pm. I'm spending a lot of time creating math training videos and ppts for teachers in addition to preparing for my own 5th graders' imminent return... it's been a bit crazy!

  • Yes x3 I realized today how big of a role taking steps every hour is. Although I walked for an hour outside and did a bit of post-dinner apartment circle walking to get my total up to 10k, I get more calories when I make sure to hit my Fitbit's 250 step per hour goal.

  • Yes x3 I ate a ridiculous amount today but that was due to biking almost 20 miles made up of three separate errands trips here in DC and 15k steps. Was under by 150 cal but that includes eating almost all of my 1000 exercise calories.... Craziness :)

  • Yes x3 A few months ago I started trying to take a Sabbath rest. From Saturday 5pm until Sunday 5pm I have my phone set to block messages and anything online (basically only allowing photos, music, podcasts, Fitbit, MFP). I use the time to relax, cook, watch movies, walk, and read. It's been so relaxing.
