Not the fastest losses this month, but building habits back up after sliding for a while. Today was tracked, under, and exercise. And I just decided to up my Jiu Jitsu from two classes a week to three. We'll see how weight goes on Tues weigh-in.

Yes x3 today Tomorrow will be a pass day due to eating dinner out. But before then I'll be taking 30 students to an outdoor adventure ropes/climbing tower/Zipline course and participating myself, so at least I'll have lots of exercise! It's supposed to rain all day, so here's to hoping I can keep the kids' attitudes…

Yes x3 Good to be back on track after two pass days. Exercise was a walk, cleaning the house, and exercises. I listen to podcasts while walking but music while exercising to keep me motivated and pumped up, and because podcasts are too distracting when trying to count reps and sets

Yes x3 Had lots of work so today was the bare minimum of exercise, with less food. Though since I didn't exercise much at least I wasn't ravenous so it was easier to stay under.
