Yes x3 Officially lost a few pounds since my pre-vacarion weight two weeks ago. Makes no sense but oh well! Walk and exercises.

Yes x3 Today's theme was dips: lunch was apple slices with a yogurt / peanut butter / honey dip, then dinner was fries with a peruvian dip plus chicken sandwich with a gochujang / mayo combo and carrots with a yogurt / lime dip.

Yes x3 Back from vacation. The scale says I lost 1-2 lb on vacation but I'm not logging that in MFP for a few days because I'm wondering if it's just from not drinking enough water or eating enough food during my airport day yesterday. Either way, it means the diving vacation wasn't toooo terrible :)

Yes x2 aka a pass day But I like to think of days where I exercised (60 min walk and 30 min bodyweight exercises) plus tracked and was 95 cal over as yes x2 rather than a pass. Yes, it counts as a pass for the UAC, as it should, but in my long-term journey it's still a positive step :)

Yes x3 90 min walk plus exercises When I came back to mfp and the UAC in late Feb I set an ambitious target of -1 lb per week in mfp. But that calorie amount is just too low for me to be consistently successful. So I changed it to -0.5 per week starting today. This way I'm much more likely to have days that are passing or…

Yes x2 Bit over First day back at school! It was nice to have some more natural movement in my day. It was a bit tough to teach classes of 16 kids virtually while watching 4 kids in person at the same time though.
