Yesx3 Was at school today making materials bags for students. It was so nice getting steps in just from regular activity rather than sitting at home in my living room staring at a computer screen. Went for a walk after work and ended with 17k total steps.

Yes x3 though barely. Right now, to be honest, my main victories are scale-based rather than NSVs. Due to lots of work I've had a harder time focusing on exercise. My walks are shorter and I've had a hard time committing to bodyweight exercises due to work. I hope to get back to this soon though!

Yes x3 95 minute leisurely neighborhood walk in the morning and stayed under. Busy still with lesson planning, but at least today I was able to walk. Also did house cleaning.

Yes x3 Exercise was packing up boxes of things to donate (using the Nextdoor app) and walking them up and down my five flights of stairs several times. Yay decluttering! Under on calories.

Yes x3 Chopped up some carrots and celery to accompany tonight's dinner and chopped extra for the fridge. I read a tip about submerging them in water to keep them moist. So I just put cut up pieces in a Tupperware and then fill 3/4 with water. I also have some premade yogurt dip so it's easy to take out for a snack later…

Yes x3 Walked with a friend this morning, ended the day at 12k steps, and stayed under on calories when taking into account exercise. I'm enjoying these extra 200 calories now that I'm in maintenance :)

Yesterday was pass #1 but today was yes x3 Went on a three hour walk with my husband, about half of which was in Rock Creek Park here in DC. Great to be on trails instead of just sidewalks!

Yes x3 Under on calories and exercise was biking, though got stuck in a thunderstorm on the way back, making it back about 5 min before the rain got really bad.

Yes x3 Calories was 200 under (oops -- I'm supposed to be in maintenance now, not too much under) and no wine. Exercise was just 20 minutes of apartment walking plus some stretching. It's been hard these last two weeks to do my normal exercise b/c of being so busy.
