I have 3 pairs of workout shorts I bought from Athleta for $60 a piece. I bought them 8 or 9 years ago and they've been washed hundreds (thousands?) of times and they still look new. And I have some pricey running shorts that are of similar age. I think they were a worthy investment. I've got a mix of expensive and cheaper…

My RHR is in the mid to upper 60s. My BMI is 21.5. I'm in very good shape - distance runner for several years, strength training, yoga. I've never been overweight; my RHR has always been about the same, I think since I was a kid.

That's still under contemplation too. ;)

I have a half in April and might be doing a full in June. I'm still contemplating. It would be my 5th full.

I haven't had a cold in six years. I'm pretty much the exact opposite of a germaphobe (drink out of stranger's beer? Sure! Wash my hands after going to the gym? Nah. Eat food that fell on the floor? No hesitation.) I think my immune system has been tried and tested and risen to the occasion.

No. There are certainly some days that I feel more attractive than others, the bad hair days, or if I've put on a few pounds and my clothes aren't fitting the way I want, but I don't ever feel unattractive.

My greatest passion is running - particularly trail running. I also enjoy yoga, my boot camp class, lifting weights, hiking, kayaking, SUP, (and this post reminded me I wanted to see if my friend is interested in going to the climbing wall this weekend - thanks!) I'm working on pull ups as well. Several years ago I was at…

I'm 5'10 and my goal weight is 135. I hit my goal weight about 6 years ago, maintained for a few years - and then let the pounds creep back on. But I liked how I looked at that weight. I'm sitting at 154 right now, and while I'm certainly not overweight, I'm not as lean as I like. Like others have suggested - perhaps shoot…

Nope - my closest friend is my running and hiking and gym partner. I have several friends who are runners. My brother runs a lot. And my boyfriend hikes and runs and works at the gym and mountain bikes. I like to hangout with active people.

I don't cook - I get impatient with how long it takes and all the dirty dishes. I didn't cook when I was married either. I'm trying to be better about it to save money, but it's not going very well.
-
I got married in 2000 (and divorced 2015) - my wedding cost $15,000. We had about 100 guests, really good food, open bar (and friends who are serious drinkers). We also paid for hotel rooms for all the wedding party. My dress was originally $1800 but I got it off the sales rack marked down to $750. I loved my wedding and…

We have one up here in Bellingham, WA too - and there's a big one in Seattle every year. You get to see some pretty amazing body paint art. Well - you get to see a lot of everything.

I don't cook, and eat all kinds of processed convenience foods. So I'm a YAY.

One hour boot camp class: burpees and pull ups and push ups galore.

I do most of my workouts in the morning - up at 4:45, gym or run, then go to work with my backpack full of work clothes and get ready there (we have a shower). Some days I run at lunch or after work as well (or go to yoga) - I just bring my workout clothes with me. I work a standard 8 to 5 office job.
-
I usually set my clothes out the night before because my brain doesn't function well in the morning. Up at 4:45am, get dressed, take the dog out, head out the door. I don't drink coffee (cuz it's yucky) and I workout or run fasted in the mornings.

I have an older dog - very well trained. I used to routinely leave her home for 10 hours and she was fine. And once or twice when I was accidentally gone longer than intended, she was good for 12 hours. But then she got a horrible urinary tract infection and someone asked me if she drank enough water. I hadn't ever thought…
