Hey there, My name is Shandie. I have been on and off MFP for 5 yrs. I have a 192 streak right now! I have about 6 lbs left to lose. My baby just turned a yr old. I am having a hard time finding time and energy to workout b/w working FT and mothering.

I am always in a rush to get to work in the morning, so I typically eat a high protein, high fiber bar and an unsweetened coffee. I usually stick with quest bars or thinkthin bars because they are nutritious, yet low in sugar.

I am starting Feb at 132 lbs and hoping to get down to 129.5lbs by the end of Feb.
