  • Hi. Good to read your message. I am down 1 stone. Am really pleased. I am with you, I want to lose the same as you by Christmas, if not a bit more. Am going to the sunshine at Christmas and would feel great if I could achieve another stone. A couple of lbs a week would do it. We can do it! Irene in london
