Hi there! I could have written exactly what you wrote! I just turned 55 and never had a weight problem until menopause hit! I know the time is right for losing the 20-25 that I've put on over the last 3 years or so. You can do this!

Just be sure to make the best choices when you can. You can keep lots of healthy snacks in the fridge for when you're in your room studying or to grab on the go (fruit, yogurt, string cheese, water, etc).
