Like the others said, I would try to get more protein and veggies in and not use so many calories for snacks. I'm at 1230 for the day and rarely am I starving. I've finally learned to pick the right foods throughout the day...add me if you like :)

I could definitely use some accountability! I too feel and look better when I don't eat so much added sugars...fell off the wagon and am having trouble hopping back on. I'm back to sugar in my tea, flavored creamer in my coffee and soda. The struggle is real, for sure!

I drink the shake that has 20 grams of protein for breakfast every now and then when I just don't feel like eating. I put it in the freezer at work for a bit, I like it super cold (yes I have forgotten about it once or twice ;) haha). I don't think I could do 2 meals a day for any period of time though.

What about overnight oats? I make mine with unsweetened almond milk, PB2 powder (I'm sure you could use protein powder as well), mashed banana and some chopped walnuts. Chia seeds too when I have them. I also like a lite multigrain english muffin with peanut butter.

I recently got a Varidesk and while there are some days it's not conducive to the work I do, I can say I probably stand for just under half my day on average. I wasn't looking for any type of calorie deficit I wanted it for the benefit of not sitting all day. I love it! If I really put my mind to it I could stand more…

I did a Leslie dvd last night, first time in probably 6 months! I did the original 3 mile walk, except I no longer have the blue weighted balls, so I used my 3lb weights.

Happy Friday! So yesterday I took the day off and had 2 Dr. appts. One was my annual physical and I'm absolutely thrilled to say that since my last one back in November 2015 my total cholesterol has dropped 42 points!! The LDL dropped 34 points!! All because of changing my eating habits! Of course I ate like cr@p yesterday…

So this all reminded me of something I heard while following WW years ago....I remember hearing that for every caffeinated drink you should drink one extra water...do you think that's true as "they" say caffeine dehydrates...? Just curious...I don't make it a point to, just had a memory flashback...

Same here! I drink one 16.9oz bottle in the morning before lunch, one in the afternoon before I leave work and one with dinner. I also have 1-2 cups of tea during the day. I hard boiled some eggs last night, so made egg salad with one egg and one egg white and a little mayo. Had that on a slice of rye bread....also had a small salad, just greens, cucumbers, red pepper strips and a little italian herb dressing.
