I have the same goal as well. Lost 9lbs but then once Thanksgiving came...that was the end of that, I just couldn't get back on track. Just now starting this week, hoping to get back to making better choices. Add me if you like :)

I was using menopause as an excuse also...then I finally admitted to myself that, nope...it's just me eating way more than I should be! It is coming off slowly, but it is coming off. Be diligent with your food choices and with logging your food and you will lose again.

I wouldn't worry about exercising right now...Like said above, determine the number of calories you need to eat, based on what you want to lose each week and focus on getting your eating in order. I have a Dove Dark Chocolate square every afternoon, so at night I either have a 40 cal fudge pop, and Outshine bar or SF jello with a dollop of RediWhip. On days I have more calories left I treat myself to either ice cream or Talenti Gelato :)

You are truly an inspiration and you look FABULOUS!! I actually love that you haven't given up the foods you love...I think it's unrealistic to think that we'll never have another soda or a slice of pizza ever again!
