My goals for September: * Reach 10,000 steps daily * Get better at meal planning and prep * Eat more veggies – plan one meatless meal each week * Alternate cardio and strength training 5-6 times a week * Lose 2.5 – 3lbs by the end of the month Anyone who would like to add me, please do! :)

I seem to create new foods more often than not, from the nutrition information on the package, if it's not exactly what I already see in the database. I have one Dove Dark Chocolate square every day after lunch during the week, and at night my go-to snacks are 100 calorie snack bag of Pop Secret kettle corn and 40 calorie Fudgcicle :)

I completely relate!! There are nights I think about doing another workout while hubby is asleep, but then think again when I realize it means a late shower! LOL

Quick oats with either blueberries or dried cranberries with chopped nuts...either walnuts or almonds. Or I like to mix in a mashed banana and walnuts. I haven't had oatmeal in months...need to add to my menu ;)

I think you need to eat more nourishing foods, do you eat vegetables? Raw or cooked? Maybe try and cut up some raw veggies for snacks.
