I get up anywhere between 5:00 & 5:15 on the mornings that I exercise. I don't belong to a gym but I have a huge library of workout dvd's. I'm in the shower by 6:30 then off to work until I get home at 5:30. I know I won't exercise at night, I don't want to work out late nor eat dinner late...so morning it is for me! I…

Hello! I'm 55 and have always been in good shape until menopause hit! I've been battling the past few years to try and lose. Recent pics of me at 2 weddings just about put me over the edge Lol. Love the support and motivation from coming here. Friend me if you like :)

My faves right now are Special K Protein and Fiber One (original/regular). I add blueberries to both. If I have oatmeal it's always the quick oats and add any combination of berries, half banana and/or sliced almonds or chopped walnuts

Hi Kris, I will send a friend request. I am looking to lose 15-20lbs, but I am 55 which brings a whole host of other things to weight loss. Like you I know what to do, I just don't always do it! Lol Being here keeps me accountable and motivated. :)
