April 7 - 1.98 miles - 7 hours in the car and first day of scrapbooking
April 8 - 2.45 miles - I took a few turns baby walking
April 9 - 2.68 miles - I took a few turns baby walking again
April 10 - 2.16 miles - back in the car and heading home

Well, I have been MIA for sure and not because I am walking a lot either! :grumble: I knew April was going to be bad because of all the online grading, but I did not realize how much of it there is. I need to assign less work for my students!! :laugh: You guys are all doing so well and I feel like such a slacker!!! I am seriously going to try from here on out to at least stop and walk a mile every hour that I sit because I know sitting for hours on end is BAD for a whole lot of reasons. We'll see how it goes. Enjoy Easter!

Hey Brenda. Good to see you. You do have a challenging or should I say punishing schedule! Yes, delegation is good. Lol. But, it won't be long before you are liberated and can call your time your own. Have good Easter.

This is my last day at the branch and I have got my 40 miles done. Mainly because the branch is so stressful I am out walking my whole lunch period and break to calm down. This morning I ordered a new pair of sneakers Yep they are pink! I love pink sneakers they make me happy.4

I did one of Leslie's one mile walks today. It felt good.
Usually, I just walk outside or in the lobby at work, but I hope to incorporate this video a bit more often.2 -
29 miles so far this month. Cutting the grass certainly adds to the miles.2

I know you must be glad to be leaving such a stressful work environment. Are you retiring or transferring to a different location or another job? Not a fun way to get your miles in...

I did a Leslie dvd last night, first time in probably 6 months! I did the original 3 mile walk, except I no longer have the blue weighted balls, so I used my 3lb weights.4
