I started with this this group but went awol! I'm back on track doing low carb while focusing on eating vegetables and am down 10lbs! 1st goal is to get below 200, currently 227.8, ultimately want to get to 165-170.

Down 1.1lbs this week! Concentrating on water, cutting out sugar and processed foods, and staying active on my days off work. I walk 10-12k steps at work , but that's only 3 days a week.

I would like to join in this challenge! Lost 70lbs several years ago and it's creeping back on again. Currently focusing on water intake, avoiding sugar/simple carbs, and getting back into jogging. I signed up for a Half marathon in April! SW: 240 CW: 233 GW: 160
