That’s excellent!!! Wow! You’re an inspiration to me as well! I hit a wall at one point...changed my carb and protein intake and started to see improvements. You will get past the wall as well...but you look amazing where you are!! Good job!

Thanks!!! You can do it!!! I think once I truly get into body building or strength training the toning will be easy. I started my fitness journey with kickboxing and then I added Zumba...you have to find something that you enjoy doing... I know you can do it!!

My goal is to come down at least 10-15 pounds, while building muscle and toning. Like my current composition just need some toning mainly in the upper legs and arms.
