Hi all still going good here not stopped today, productive is always good. Welcome rikkiejohnsenji yes 5:2 does help with wkd splurges if you can keep cravings down in the week with the weekend as a goal. Warm thoughts Meghan i hear you perhaps give yourself shorter/smaller goals or look at your 5 calorie days. I'm 5:4 and i have 1400 5 days and 500 2 however this is because i want to get to my…

Hi all just checking in, busy planning our easter breaj away in our caravan but that also provides the challenge of not going into holiday treat mode. I always buy biscuits, croissants, crisps, bacon so i'm actually planning healthy meals to stick to with the odd treat here and there hopefully within calorie limit but…

I know what you mean about logging or not as the case may be as we had a few days without and then when i went back through putting everything i could remember it made me think how i my eating was less mindful. I'm doung good with the healthy meals but i feel the need for treats factored into everyday whereas i wouldn't…

Hi all, i've been quiet as i've been poorly. Great for appetite as i've not thought about food but not good at the same time as the motivation and cooking routines feel like a new learning experience again. Unsure where i am with my loss as regards to what i will stabilize at when i'm eating back normally on 5:2 as i've…

Hi all, i do the mushrooms in water too pop in the oven with garlic. No point of adding any oil in a pan and you don't have to watch over it win win! Zucchini do you mean Courgette? As long as they are drained they work well for me too.

I topped lo dough with apple and cinnamon and sweetner for a apple tartlet for a quarter slice that's under 35 calories!!!

Well done on your loss! That's great and such a motivator. My loss is slowing down i am familiar with this bit where after loosing a stone the is harder to shift. We have a ball in a month so i have a goal of a dress i used to fit into. We ate out this weekend and i feel it's important to slot in treats without over doing…

Jknight thanks for that. I've tried Almond milk and like it it's creamy without the calories great in cooking. Wow Ryenday peanut oatmeal sounds lush. I'm a sucker for peanut butter!

Oh my hello! I wrote a load in agreeance and responding to everyone and my dog jumped up on my lap and i lost the lot.
