I just got over my huge portions a couple weeks ago. The trick is to not eat and let your stomach shrink. Just go a day fasting, and eat small the next day. It hurts, this is your stomach shrinking. I like to cook. Tonight I mixed together diced avocado, hummus, salsa, jalapenos, diced onions and a little Cajun seasoning. It was fresh tasting and satisfying with the gluten free pita chips I made, too. Which isn't hard at all, you just mix flour, water, some spices and pan fry it in some cooking spray until crispy.

I mashed mine, the other day, then topped it with margarine, brown sugar and a little oatmeal for texture. The oatmeal was just some spastic idea I had and it turned out to be pretty good.

First you get the mozzarella, then you get the basil, next you get the cherry tomatoes, and finally you get teh balsamic vinegar. Cucumbers, onions, tomatoes and Italian dressing is also a great alternative.
