I personally stick with syntrax. It was recommended to me and I liked several different flavors enough that I stuck with it.

Because all my goals require me to not only loose weight, but to be able to run and jump as well.

I try to weigh weekly, same day every week at the same time. If I forget, like I did last week, then every other week. I personally know I can't weigh myself too often because I will become obsessive about it.

Yes, I do feel guilty. Because I'm cheating on my diet and cheating myself of desperately wanted progress. But I'd rather feel guilty about looking at calories and then work to correct what I did than feel guilty looking at a scale as my weight climbs back up.

I try it in the morning before 7 or in the evening after 7. I take my dog with my on walks, to get him some much needed exercise and with the heat lately I haven't dared to take him out until I know the sidewalks wouldn't hurt his paws. Walking without a buddy is boring though so.

Haven't really had a chance to go on a good walk with it yet, but I figure once I start waking up consistently early, me and my dog are going to go on a nice Pokemon hunt in the mornings soon. Maybe even conquer some gyms while we're at it. ;)

Mac and Cheese Pizza Mom's Lasagna (I'm very particular about my sauces) Fudge Thankfully the only thing I'm tempted by on a regular basis is Mac and Cheese. Everything else is situational and then I can have a bit of an indulgence.

5'9 and about 247 pounds. Just started 4 days ago to try and work off about 80 pounds in the long run. We can do it!
