  • My first post on MFP. :) Started a regular diet on June 6th, and switched to Keto a couple weeks later (slowly lowered carbs in that time, so had no keto flu symptoms or anything like that). SW: 291 lbs (June 6th) Today's weigh-in 282.6 lbs Total weight lost: 18.4 lbs GW: 220 lbs
