  • I am also looking to take control of my weight. i just completed day one of Julian Michaels Ripped in 30. It kicked my butt but i continued to the end as it was 24 mins. Its a 3-2-1 interval system: 3 mins of strength, 2 mins of cardio and 1 min of abs.
