  • My name is Liz. I am currently weighing in at 184 lbs at only 5'3". This is unsatisfactory. I had been inching my way through 25 to 35 pounds overweight, when a recent change in psych meds and a new sedentary job caused me to gain 20 in just a month. Eek!
