I have an anchor to keep me focused. For me it is an object. We are at the beach, so my anchor is a small shell. I have written on it my current weight…

The ultimate tool in my healthy lifestyle journey is my mind. It can be my best tool or my worst tool. It can work for me or against me. Learning to shape my thoughts and portion control are the main cornerstones of new lifestyle.

I am having trouble finding this group in community now that i have joined. Is there a way it comes up automatically since i joined?
