I have a lot, I'm currently on low sodium for the day(1,000mg). I'm in the process of creating a recipe blog of everything.

In the beginning, it was every week and now it's every other day.

I love PEScience (Snickerdoodle&Cookies N Cream), also Bowmar Fitness (100 Degree Vanilla & Chocolate) are good ones too. I've never had issues with either of these. I also take BCAA's, High Volume and Prolific from PEScience.

For most of my journey, my cutoff was 5:30-6pm and it served me well.

I've lost 155lbs and I still eat fast. Always have.

For me, treats that were readily available weren't a good thing. I cut treats "day or meal" out completely and the only treat I gave myself the first year was sushi for my birthday. I knew from the beginning I couldn't have treats too available.

I don't know about you, but whenever I'd binge, I'd always say afterwards it wasn't worth it and how awful I felt. How I looked at it, was the negativity it gave me. I haven't binged since I started my journey 1/6/15 and I've lost 155lbs.

I'd suggest finding out your bmr and body fat % at your local max muscle.

15% body fat. I'm at 19% now.

I had mine taken out at 290 pounds. I'm 125 now and I still eat ice cream(halo top), bacon, cheese(once in a while but goat cheese), spicy food all the fine(I keep mini Tabasco's with me), I don't drink milk or have red meat very often.

I use to have the worst cramps before weight loss. Now it's barely there.

How much are you exercising? Sounds like you're not eating enough.

I didn't really do anything specific. I gave up cheat meals for a year though.

Cardio always last and only 3x a week.

Sugar isn't the problem, but processed sugar yes.

I'd say no. In the 18 months it took me to lose 148 pounds, I had one cheat meal during that time. Since I've hit my goal weight I allow myself every night to have 2 ounces of halo top ice cream(it's yummy).

my resting burn is around 1,365 cals and I workout at a very intense level. 500-700 cals over would be a lot for me. I eat around 1,525-1,730 depending on if I'm hungry during the day.

For sure its not pregnancy. I did an inbody test and it says I'm at a 23.4%. Now, I have excess skin so I'm not sure if that's even accurate.
