You made a bad decision, and you should feel bad! lol nah. I was wondering about this myself, MFP recommends 2500 daily for me, but I'm trying to do the bare minimum of 1500. Ever since I read some success stories of guys similar to my weight and height who've reached their goals. Sometimes I feel bad about it but then I…

I like OGB (olive oil, garlic, and basil) on my salad. If I can't get that, then I use Ranch dressing, but I do a little trick to save some calories. I bought a food scale from Wal-Mart for $20 was a reg. $40. If your goal is 1200 a day, then you should try to reach 1200 a day. If you short yourself and eat more later, your body is going to hang on to every calorie it takes in. It's basically a take one step forward, get sent two steps back kind of deal.

Even when I lost 100lbs I couldn't tell a difference, I was basically a 'smaller' fat person, if that makes any sense. I didn't see a difference in myself either. I thought I'd be seeing some muscle in my arms by then, but I didn't. However, all my peers were saying I looked better. Though the evidence of that was only on…
