Oh that makes a lot of sense! Haha I'm just stressing because I lost so much and I'm still wearing the exact same pants. People keep saying smaller sizes only need to lose like 10-15 lbs to drop a size but it took me 35!

I'm 4"9 and weighed 155 and now weigh 120 and only went from size 13 to 11. Almost 2/3 of the way to my goal and almost no size change

You're definitely burning more than 600 calories a day. if you sat on the couch and didn't move an inch all day, your body would still be burning more than 2500 calories a day just for basic internal functions.

I'm 4"9 and weighed 90lbs before I was pregnant, and 156 by the time I gave birth. i lost almost all of it but then gained all of it back. I was 155lbs(size 13) 2 months ago, now I'm 120lbs and only down to a size 11!! In high school I was 113lbs in a size 5. I don't understand this
