Yesterday, I walked an hour in the morning and 2 hours in the evening after work. Today, I didn't feel like working out this morning, but will most likely continue the 2 hour elliptical walk in the evening.How about you?

Feel free to add me, I'm going to be 42 this summer and need to lose about 90 lbs. overall. My short term goal is to lose 30 lbs. My weekly goal is lose 2lbs. a week.

I would love to be a part of this group! I have like 90 lbs to lose, but right now my goal is to lose 30 lbs and approx. 2lbs a week. I need a buddy to keep me motivated! I just started exercising again after a back injury. That was not fun and I have to get my weight down. Thanks and Have a GREAT Day!
