Have you ever met with a nutrition counselor? They might help you strategize your goals a little better and plan your meals. At 5'5", you're really not very underweight, so coming up with a healthy plan to put on weight shouldn't be too hard. Are you hoping to bulk up and add muscle? Or just body weight?

It's tough to find good prices on fresh produce. What about canned fruits (in juice or water) or frozen? Is that an option?

This is one of my favorites. I use thin chicken breasts or tenders, a little less oil than called for and I let it marinate for at least 4 hours.
