My arthritis pain is gone. No heartburn. Less Anxiety and lots More energy. Not as cranky with a better attitude. As I continue on this journey I know the day will come when I can trash the blood pressure pills too.

Agree w/Aquawave....water toxicity can be fatal. Some of my friends drink half their weight in water but never total weight.

I am a carb addict. I love Carbs. If I eat a few then I want a few more and more and then the calories go up along with the glucose. It's like I'm starving ...it's crazy :(

I don't make fat bombs anymore. I never really had a need for them and they were too easy for me to grab. Open the fridge, grab one and then a hour or two passes by and open the fridge for another. Mindless eating...

Hello!! Are we starting this challenge tomorrow? This is definitely one of my biggest problems. I sometimes will skip a meal so I can savor that late time snack. The problem with that is I can't stop with one snack. I know the accountability will help me get over this hump. Thanks for all you do.
