  • My arthritis pain is gone. No heartburn. Less Anxiety and lots More energy. Not as cranky with a better attitude. As I continue on this journey I know the day will come when I can trash the blood pressure pills too.

  • Hello!! Are we starting this challenge tomorrow? This is definitely one of my biggest problems. I sometimes will skip a meal so I can savor that late time snack.
