Are you active at all. I found eating a small deficit lead to less binging. I also started walking 10 minuets at a time, and slowly added to that. first it once in the morning, than morning and evening. Start tracking your food on here. Get a food scale and weigh everything. Very small changes add up to very big success. I…

I do not add calories in on myfitness pal, its really inaccurate, nor do I snyc my fitbit with MFP. I used the macros inc calculator. Its taken some trial and error to figure out what worked best for me. 2400 calories seems to be what i do best on. Im losing weight at a healthy rate but not overly hungry

I eat 2400 calories a day and usually 400 I save for ice cream. I love having extra room for sweets. It actually keeps me on track and not binge. Do what works for you. If your short on calories and dont want to eat unhealthy dressings, dips, oils are a quick way to add caloires

I have BED. I am doing much better but still have days where I struggle. I have found a bunch of things that are triggers. It has helped so much. I avoid weighing myself. I was in a job I hated and that led to binging. Certain foods. You can get through this, it will get better!

1200 is really low. Try upping it. the macros inc page has a good calculator for figuring out calorie and macros goal. How active are you outside of the gym? You could probably eat close to 2k and still lose.

Ive had some discomfort. I have seen patients get bruised from a pap. Especially after their first one. Spotting is normal also FYI

Always raw

Whats your calorie goal? height weight age. Have you made diet changes or just cut calories?

It took a bit to figure out what foods made me hungrier and what was satisfying. I found higher protein more satisfying. Mine kind of naturally balanced out after a month or so. At first I didnt even worry about macros just tracking 100% and sticking to my calorie goal. Now im at P 180 C 240 F 80

I have a fitbit versa 2 that I bought last year at costco for $130. The charge 3 I think was $100. These always go on sale around the holidays so keep watching ads.

on desktop hit reports. you can choose what you see steps, calories, macros etc. you can see up to 90 days. in the app click on the calories numbers on the top, hit calories. you can change it to daily or weekly view.

agree with other that more info is needed. I work nights 7pm-730a. I eat the same amount of calories everyday. my first shift im hungrier since im up longer. Otherwise its fine.

Any sweets or baked goods in my house I can not touch. As soon as I have one bite I will keep taking more bites until its gone. My family hates my for it. Its been easier to just 100% avoid it. Ive talked to them about not having it in the house but I lost that battle.

Mine goes low along with my bp. I keep my sodium intake steady between 3200-3700mg daily. My heart rate will go into the high 30's on a regular basis. I also have a small deficit. The lower my intake is the lower my HR goes. when i over eat my resting HR will go to the 50's.
