I am an RN and works nights. Its a struggle!!

I ignore calorie adjustmants

40-50 range. If Im eating healthier it will be 40 If I overeat for several days it will be around 50. I check my HR manually and its pretty accurate

I do hip thrusts to help my back pain. I try not to put pressure on my neck and keep it in a natural position

I've been having reflux and actually concerned I had a hiatal hernia. I was never impressed with my sleeve surgery so Id be willing to convert to a bypass
-
Its not going to be accurate with an irregular heart beat. IS there a medical need to monitor your heart rate? Unless your doc says you need to have and make sure your HR stays under a certain point I would not get one

sounds delicious!!!! I personally like the taste of turkey bacon or chicken bacon

well good you know now! Welcome to MFP!

Ive struggled with binge eating disorder. Some days are better than others. A smaller deficit has helped. I eat higher protein. More carbs makes me crave more carbs, which can lead to binging. im learning what will cause me to binge. It has been a long road

I used my maintenance calories for my goal weight and my calorie goal during weight loss. So I was training myself for maintenance the entire time

Vaso vagal response is common with blood draws and makes you feel crappy for awhile afterwards

Your body actually needs sodium, so be careful going too low. If you eat right, exercise and still have High bp, you still need medication.

Wow what a difference!

I had the charge 2 and found it pretty accurate for calorie burn. I ate 2400 calories a day for a few months and calculated with the calories burned on fitbit. Averaging 3000-3200 calories burned daily. It worked well, and I lost 40 pounds
-
My charge 2 died a few weeks back, so I just upgraded to the versa 2. I like it so far. I think the HR monitor is a little better. I like that I can read full texts on it. I use the timer and stopwatch a lot during workouts.

I have a low heart rate, lower since losing weight. I go down into the 30's when losing, Now that Im eating maintenance, I am in the 40's-50's. IS she symptomatic?
-
Try upping your calories. Im 5'10 200lbs and found 2400 is the absolute lowest I can go for my own sanity. Otherwise im constantly hungry. Experiment and find what works for you

I have never asked my PCP about weight loss advice. My frustration is that if i do go in for something it gets blamed on my weight. my RHR goes down to 36 (while awake), and i get dizzy when it happens. A few providers ive seen have said its because i exercise. Im 50 pounds over weight, but ok.

amazing!

im down 90 and struggle with depression. I dealt with feeling and trouble by eating. Once i took that away a lot of things come to the surface.

Ive had the fitbit flex, charge, and currently a versa. the verse was 130 at costco. You can get texts, it has alexa on it, You can pay for things on it, music app, track workouts, steps, HR, activity level etc. I do not want to spend 3-400 on the apple watch. I really like fitbit
-
I doubt 9 pounds of muscle were gained, sorry
-
i love my fitbit for this reason! When resting ill check my HR myself and its with in a number or 2.

For me its all on how i feel and how i felt in the past. My lowest adult weight is was too low for me now. I think an extra 20 would be good. Do you feel like you are at a good weight? bf?

what works best for you? Not which you lost the fastest but what did you feel good doing? What can you do forever? This isnt temporary. I found eating more and losing a little slower is much better for me. Im not hungry all the time. I still enjoy meals out. I aim for a certain amount of calories and macros daily. Macros…
