Changing to sedentary makes little sense to me- I'm hungry with my current calorie intake and that would restrict my calories further. And i work out and walk 10,000+ steps a day. I am 133 lbs.

Thanks everyone. My maintenance calories are 1,880 / day according to MFP. If I change my goal to losing 1 lb / week it's at 1,380 (the hangry zone) even if I eat back the 100 calories from exercise. when do you drink - with others or alone? i just quit for 3 months because of some meds and it was much, much easier to lose / work out without it. now i'm trying to ease back in. beer is a calorie bomb, it's all gin + seltzers in my future...

good question. i am a little confused. i work a desk job, work out 3-4 times a week (run ~18 min @ 6mph, light lifting + yoga), and walk about 10,000 steps a day. most of the day i am sitting if not for this exercise. i synced my iphone to MFP to log my steps as exercise and eat the calories back, as 1200 seems very low…

i get down with the LL cookies. they're damn good though the sugar / calorie content is kind of high. but sometimes when you have a hankering it's worth it and this way you can choose a slightly healthier option without sacrificing taste. def not an every day thing.

Would a GP be able to diagnose hypothyroidism based on a basic blood test from a checkup? I am discussing my bloodwork with my GP next month but didn't ask them to take a special look at my thyroid. My mom has hypothyroidism and I've always suspected I do too because we share symptoms.
